Founded in 1972, the company R.J. RICHELMI is a general building contractor historically established in the Principality. Specialising in structural work, masonry
and renovation, it has contributed, over the course of its history, to many real estate and architectural projects in Monaco.
Among its main references are the construction of the New Louis-II Stadium,
the room renovations at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo, and the construction and renovation of luxury villas and apartments at the Metropole and 26 Carré d'Or for example. The company has also been involved in specific projects, including the temporary pavilions in the Jardins du Casino, in 2014.
More recently, RICHELMI has been involved in the residential development project, Grand Ida, and refurbishment and addition of extra floors of the Villa Menesini, a building of architectural character, completed in 2024.
The company is continuing its activity in the Principality, particularly in the Bel Air district.
In 2026, RICHELMI joined S.A.M. des Entreprises J.B. Pastor & Fils, taking on a new dynamic, while building on the experience and skills developed over five decades of activity.
