Our Group started a new chapter in activities, now in the United States, after having founded ESPERANZA CARMEL LLC in 2015. A real estate investment and development company now undertaking development projects in California.
ESPERANZA CARMEL LLC has a growing, and diverse, real estate portfolio in Carmel-by-the-Sea including residential, office, retail, restaurants and hotels.
Three projects are currently underway in Carmel-by-the-Sea: a new build house on the sea front and two mixed-use development projects in downtown Carmel, both with retail on the ground floor and residential apartments above for rental.
Our company, managed by Mr Patrice PASTOR and Mr Christopher MITCHELL, work with a number of trusted local consultants. ESPERANZA CARMEL LLC has now opened its new office.
The principal objective of our company is to be close to the ground, remaining intrinsically involved in each aspect our project, attentive to the community’s expectations and remaining respectful of Carmel's unique history and environment.
