Construction of a real estate complex, on behalf of the Prince's Government, owner of the property, composed of three buildings of 13, 18 and 23 floors, and 4 basement levels on a shared foundation, including 197 residential units, a nursery, commercial spaces for the service sector, technical rooms, parking facilities and a forecourt connected to the Boulevard du Jardin Exotique.

Works carried out for all building trades, by the group companies. This project is part of the Habitat High Environmental Quality scheme with an energy efficiency certification label and is included in the Sustainable Mediterranean Buildings of Monaco (BD2M) silver initiative.
