Project Management Contract for the Superstructures of the Mareterra Project for SAM L’ANSE DU PORTIER.

• Oversee the development of the project design by the Architects and partner engineering consultancies (BET)
• Ensure effective coordination and management of the studies conducted by the Architects and all partners involved.
• Secure the required administrative approvals and monitor their progress throughout the process
• Arrange for the execution of the works across all trades by the appointed contractor, and supervise delivery from architectural, technical, scheduling, and financial perspectives
• Manage the project from the handover through to final delivery, including the resolution of any defects.

Works carried out: Structural work - Masonry, Hard finishes, Staff suspended ceilings - Plasterwork, Woodwork - Cabinetmaking - Parquets - Raised access floors, Metalwork, Electrical - Generator set / excluding high-voltage works.
