Delegated Project Management Contract for the Superstructures of the Mareterra operation on behalf of SAM L’ANSE DU PORTIER:

- Have the project design carried out by the architects and BET partners

- Ensure the coordination and management of studies by Architects and all partners

- Ensure that the necessary administrative authorizations are obtained and monitor them

- Have the construction of private works carried out by all trades by a builder; ensure monitoring on an architectural, technical, planning and financial level

- Ensure the management of reception operations until delivery of the operation and the lifting of reservations

Carrying out work on the lots: “Structural work - Masonry”, “Hard coverings”, “False Ceiling Staff”, “Wooden carpentry - Cabinetmaking - Parquet floors - Technical floors”, “Locksmithing - Metalwork”, “Low currents - High currents - Generator group / excluding high voltage”.
