ENTERPRISES J.B. PASTOR &amp; FILS is energy efficient, promoting natural energy sources including geothermal energy, solar energy and rainwater collection. It was designed by our company with a strong desire to respect the environmental issues as part of the Energy Transition driven by His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco.<\/p>\n<p>More than just a house, the \u201cVilla Troglodyte\u201d is for us the occasion to reflect on space and energy. This project involves surveys and studies of what could be the house of tomorrow. S.A.M. J.B. PASTOR &amp; FILS is proud to highlight through this operation the importance of the protection of the environment in its construction approach.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"VIlla Troglodyte\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0vFlo_sBoVc?feature=oembed&#038;modestbranding=1&#038;showinfo=0&#038;rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The \u00ab\u00a0Villa Troglodyte\u00a0\u00bb is spread over five levels. Access to the entrance is from the street by a footbridge overlooking the swimming pool. From the entrance, the void and the glass floors offer perspectives over the whole house. The living room and three bedrooms are on the upper floors served by a glass elevator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Environmental Ambitions<br \/>\n<\/strong>J.B. PASTOR &amp; FILS wanted to create a real Environmental Laboratory, searching for all technical solutions that are efficient in terms of energy, carbon footprint control and environmental neutrality, compatible with the constraints of the \u00ab\u00a0Villa Troglodyte\u00a0\u00bb and the site.<\/p>\n<p>For this purpose, we have aimed at several environmental certificates and energy labels, each based on recognized and proven standards at regional and international levels:<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Mediterranean Sustainable Buildings Label\u00a0\u00bb (BDM) Gold level<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; \u00ab\u00a0<strong>BREEAM<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb certification Excellent level \u00ab\u00a0Design Stage\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n&#8211; Label \u00ab\u00a0<strong>EFFINERGIE +\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> for a low consumption building.
